Guarantees

The items which a refund is requested must meet the following requirements:
  1. The return of special order items products supplied "under requested by the customer" will not be accepted.
  2. Warranty exclusions: Spare parts and accessories considered as expendable or consumable.
  3. Faults or breaks caused by accident, abuse, improper use, manipulation by personnel other than our Technical Service, cleaning with inadequate products, spillage of liquids, proximity with sources, hot excessive or similar conditions are excluded from the guarantee.
  4. We will not make payments, returns or changes of parts or electronic components susceptible to breakdown by electrostatic discharges, improper handling or fungible components such as: Integrated circuits, SMD components. Hands-free, speakers and headphones are not collected for hygiene reasons.

Material storage time

Once the return has been processed by our SAT, whose resolution is rejected, it will have to be withdrawn by the client and will have 2 months of free storage in our facilities. After the deadline, the cost of storage and custody by RMA will be 1 €/day elapsed. 

The maximum storage period  from the resolution of your return will be  6 months, after this period without receiving notification from the customer, the material will be recycled. 

Requirements for returned merchandise

  1. The return has been authorized by the Dept. of guarantees.
  2. The assigned return number must be visible on the outside of the package.
  3. The merchandise sent must be accompanied by the Return Authorization.
  4. The original packaging must be in perfect conditions of sale.
  5. The time elapsed since the Return Authorization does not exceed 7 calendar days.
  6. If the return is not due to faulty material or error on our part, the customer must pay the transport costs. Otherwise, we will pay the amount (only Certified Mail).
  7. If the order arrives broken, you will have to contact the carrier.

 

Replacement warranty

Impextrom S.L. is an online store in which 90% of its products are spare parts for electronic repairs that are used to replace the originals in machines or equipment that have suffered deterioration or a breakdown.

These spare parts are not guaranteed. They are spare parts that could break down when installed in damaged equipment. You have 48 hours to contact us in case the purchased part doesn’t work. This is the only guarantee of replacement to which one is entitled.

Manufacturer's warranty

The finished items as machines, tools, mobile phones, consumer electronics has the official guarantee offered by each manufacturer 2 years.

Repair guarantee

  1. The defective items (not the spare part) can be returned with our first approval. The period to claim is 15 days from the date of the order. Please remember: in case of returns item, the original packaging must be in perfect condition. If there is not in perfect conditions, the return costs must run by the customer. Before sending any defective product, please contact us.
  2. The fungible products have no guarantee (Displays, Digitizers, batteries, chargers, flex, speakers, etc.) and therefore, we do not accept the return of the items.
  3. The manipulation/variation of any welded product, wiring, added components or other causes will void the warranty. Before sending any defective product, you must perform an RMA from the web. Remember that it is your responsibility to check the material in the first 2 days after receiving it. It will be answered as soon as possible, with detailed instructions to make the shipping.

6.2. The guarantee garanted by the technical assistance service in this regard will have a validity period of at least three months.
6.3. The warranty period of three months will be understood from the date of delivery of the device and will be valid as long as it is not opened and manipulated by the customer or repaired by third parties.
6.5. No new repair may be claimed under the warranty, when the damage occurs as a result of improper use of the device, falls, blow, etc. This circumstance must be proven by the technical assistance service that granted the guarantee.
6.8. The Technical Assistance Service will not be held responsible for the breakdown when the failure arises from the non-acceptance by the user of the repair or subsequent hidden faults, provided that the aforementioned lack of acceptance is recorded on the invoice.
